Hello! I am Emma, a fully insured, self-employed and certified Baby & Child Sleep Consultant.

As a mother of two, I know first-hand how every child’s experience of sleep can be very different.

My methods are as gentle as possible and in line with best practices recommended by the UK’s National Health Service, the American Academy of Paediatrics and the Canadian Paediatric Society.
